Sausage with Cocktail Sauce and Zoodles

I’ve seen bagged zoodles you can buy in the store, but I have never purchased them.  I tried making them myself by using a cheese grater and my whole family loved them. That motivated me to purchase a mandolin slicer, and I have been making zoodles regularly.  It is super easy and makes a great side to almost every meal.

I saute the zoodles in butter and garlic for a minute or two.  It does not take too long to make these, which is why they come in so handy when you want a warm side of vegetables but are short on time.  I ended up transferring the zoodles to two pans because there was so many.

Remember when I told you I would find a use for those tablespoons of cocktail sauce?  I wasn’t kidding. For this meal, I spread the cocktail sauce on the sausages.

We served this dinner with a side of buttered bread. This was an easy dinner that used up some random items in the refrigerator and everyone enjoyed it.
